• No mandatory testing - We recommend that users get tested before exchanging a donation, but unlike the sperm bank Y factor does provide or are responsible for the tests being done. It is therefore up to the users to take the precautions they deem necessary.

This is in contrast to sperm bank donations, where legal frameworks typically ensure that donors are not held responsible for any legal or financial obligations.
